		<description>I think it&#039;s all too easy for monolingual English-speaking business people to focus on the flaws and glitches, forgetting how accomplished their multilingual co-workers really are. (Just another reason I wish more Americans did school or work exchanges...we need to develop more empathy with people trying to communicate in second languages.)
