  • A: Our classes are mixed-level. If you have a question about the level of a class, please call us at 408-524-1649 and an instructor will do a quick level check over the phone. If you register and come to the first day of class but decide not to continue, we will refund your tuition.

  • A: You can cancel anytime before the start of the SECOND day of class and receive a full refund. We are very proud of our classes, and we believe that if you try a class, you will want to continue. We encourage you to register and come to the first day of class. If you decide not to continue after the first day, we will refund your tuition!

  • A: We offer a 10% discount to students currently enrolled in other Ovient classes or private lessons (Ovient Student Discount). We also offer a discount when you register for two or more classes. Contact us for details.

  • A: Since our classes are very small in size, we do not typically allow students to observe. However, if you register and come to the first day of class but decide not to continue, we will refund your tuition.

  • A: This is one of the best things about Ovient. We use our own materials. This allows us to keep them up-to-date. We update course material before each class to make your learning as authentic as possible.
