• Q: Is this program for beginner or advanced students?
  
• A: This program is for all levels. Since this is a private lesson program, we can change the lessons to match your level. For the PROFESSIONAL program, you will take an Online test. Based on your test results, we will create a program just for you.

• Q: What is your cancellation policy?
  
• A: For the BASIC program, cancellations are not allowed. For the PROFESSIONAL program, we have a flexible cancellation policy: As long as you contact us at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule your lesson to another day. You will have 3 months to complete your lessons, including any rescheduled lessons.

• Q: Can I take just one or two lessons?
• A: We want you to be successful in your learning, and practice and repetition is an important part of learning. While you can learn several important concepts in just one or two hours, this does not give you enough time to master the skills you need to learn. For the BASIC program, you must signup for at least 4 lessons. For the PROFESSIONAL program, we strongly encourage you to complete the entire 8-lesson package.
  
  However, if you urgently need just one or two lessons because of a work deadline or to help with an upcoming presentation, for example, please contact us. In these situations, we are happy to make special arrangements for you.

• Q: What if I want to continue the PROFESSIONAL program after 8 lessons?
• A: After you complete your initial program, you can choose to sign up for another 8-lesson package to continue your study. You can also sign up for BASIC lessons and continue to practice. You may also want to try one of our classes or our Online accent training program.

• Q: How are your instructors trained?
• A: We require all of our instructors to have extensive experience teacing English as a second language. For the PROFESSIONAL program, ALL of our instructors have a Master of Arts degree. We feel that choosing a language instructor is like choosing a doctor--you need to learn from someone with formal training who understands the most recent and innovative methodologies. Once our highly-trained instructors join our teaching staff, we continue to provide extensive training and guidance. Our instructors are energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly.

• Q: What will happen at my free lesson?
• A: During your free lesson, your instructor will give you several exercises to complete and will ask you several questions to help us learn about you, your English level, and your learning style. You will also have a chance to ask us questions about our programs and classes. You will get to try some of Ovient's innovative teaching methods. There is NO OBLIGATION to sign up for lessons. The free lesson is a great chance for us to get to know you and for you to get to know Ovient and to learn a little grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary! We look forward to meeting you!

• Q: Will I work with the same instructor for every lesson?
• A: We work very hard to keep you with the same instructor for all of your lessons. Occasionally, due to instructor illness or other circumstances, we may need to change your instructor. We will let you know if this becomes necessary.

• Q: I am already taking lessons at another school. Why should I take lessons from Ovient?
• A: Our programs are designed to teach the greatest amount of material in the shortest amount of time. We hire only highly-trained instructors and use materials that we design and update ourselves. No inexperienced teachers. No out-of-date textbooks. No wasted time. We create a program just for you. We also offer lessons in the early morning and late at night when it is convenient for busy professionals to attend. • Q: Do you offer refunds?
• A: We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for our private coaching programs. We do work very hard to make sure our students are satisfied and offer a flexible cancellation policy for our PROFESSIONAL program. The company president makes his cell phone number available to all students. If you ever have a concern regarding your lessons, just let us know. We want you to be happy and enjoy learning from us.
